Scotty Dynamo (aka Nicolas James Wilson) confirmed cardiac arrest was the cause that came suddenly after Mike’s week-long battle at the hospital.

In 2014, Scotty featured his parents for the first time on one of his YouTube videos called My Parents Dance to Taylor Swift.
The video series then continued with playing Truth or Dare and dancing to other random songs, like The Jingle Bell Rock, which was loved by the viewers.
While sharing his DJ journey with Jake’s Take, Dynamo recalled forcing his parents to watch his singing performance in the living room.
Thus, his parents’ support helped him discover his passion for music and, ultimately, DJing.
During an interview with Movember, the artist shared about initially coming out to his parents in person sometime after freshman year in high school.
In response to his confession, his parents provided tremendous support, which helped him accept his true self without fear of judgment.
