A suspect and former military veteran, Kyle Clifford, grew up with his brother, Bradley Clifford.
Bradley Clifford, who is 30 years old, was born in 1994 in North London, England. He used to work as an air conditioning firm manager.
Kyle’s older brother Bradley is serving a 23-year prison term after he assassinated moped riders for smashing a bottle on his prized Ford Mustang car.

The victims were 18-year-old Soban Khan and his friend, 19-year-old Francis. Bradley came out of his car and punched Soban Khan nine times hard.
After the attack, Bradley told police that it was only an accident, but the CCTV footage cleared his false defense.
When Bradley was in lockup, Kyle believed he was untouchable, and the legal system would fail to catch him.
