Morrissey initially dismissed the indictment against Baldwin but revived it in January alongside, defense attorney Erlinda Johnson.
She graduated from the University of New Mexico and its law school and has over 20 years of legal experience in Albuquerque.
Now in the 50s, Morrissey primarily focused on criminal defense and civil rights cases throughout her career.
Her expertise extends to teaching law at the University of New Mexico and in continuing education programs.
