How to Rob a Bank is a 2024 American heist thriller documentary series whose plot centers around a group of skilled Seattle-based criminals.

Nelma Kodama is a descendant of Italians and Japanese who became famous when she tried to board with 200 thousand euros at Guarulhos airport being arrested in the act by the Federal Police.

Her role as a money changer was revealed in 2006 by Antonio Claramount, Toniho da Barcelona.

In 2015, Nelma got involved with former judge Joao Carlos da Rocha Mattos and his ex-wife, which led to a search and seizure at the home of the former judge’s son on suspicion of involvement with the Kodama gang.

Later, after an investigation, Nelma was sentenced to 18 years in prison for currency evasion.
