Court records indicate that Tara’s father, Fred Serino, reported her missing on November 1, 2017.
She had last communicated with her father two days earlier, mentioning that she was going out with her friend, Christopher Tucker.
Similarly, the victim’s, John Tucker, father was looking for her and had reported her missing, while the defendant’s father had even returned some of the victim’s belongings.
Court documents reveal that Tucker’s father was informed by police in Illinois that his son was hospitalized there.
During his hospital stay, Tucker told detectives that a few days before, he had proposed to Tara Serino, who had rejected him and reportedly told him just to k*ll her.
