The former SNL head writer married Judith English in his second marriage. They stayed together until his demise.

Their bond was strong and lasting, and they supported each other.

Furthermore, Tischler’s marriage to Judith English brought family joy with the birth of their only child. They had a son named Zeke, who became a key part of their family.
